Mike Daboul

Director of Baseball Operations, Seacoast Mavericks (2011-present)

Mike will oversee all baseball operations for the Mavericks as they play their first season in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.

Scout, Minnesota Twins Baseball Organization (2004 to present)

Area of coverage includes the Northeast.
In 2006 Mike got his first player in the Major League Baseball Amateur draft (18th round selection).

Winnacunnet High School Varsity Baseball Coach (2000 to 2011)

State Championship in 2002.
Over 30 players from Winnacunnet have gone on to earn All State recognition, including 15 on the first team.
On average, 3 graduating seniors from Mike's program a year go on to play College Baseball.
Coached the Gatorade Player of the Year.
Coached Louisville Slugger 1st Team All American.

Private Instruction (1998 to present)

Mike has instructed over 50 players that have gone on to play baseball in college.
Six more that have gone on to play baseball at the professional level.
Mike has worked with the Big East Player of the Year, Big East Rookie of the year.
Mike has also worked with 3 players that have gone on to earn All American Status.

Merrimack College (1992 to 1996 playing career)

Mike helped the Nationally ranked Warriors to conference title after title in his time at Merrimack.
Currently he is 4th all time in winning percentage and appearances for the Warriors.
